Dicepa, is part of the Papelera de Enate group. It is dedicated to the manufactuing and distribution of specialised papers sourced entierly from recycled paper. Currently, it is one to the major Europen produces of wet creped paper for home and heath industry use.Dicepa maintains an ongoing commitment to improvement based on five strategic points:
